Job Vacancy: Visitor Centre Team Member

Location: Becconsall Living Museum and Heritage Park
Contract: Zero-hours
Salary: National Living Wage (£7.55-£12.21 per hour, depending on age)
Hours: Flexible, as needed – including weekends, bank holidays, and school holidays
Reports to: Museum Manager

Job Purpose:
As a Visitor Centre Team Member, you will be the welcoming face of Becconsall Living Museum
and Heritage Park. You will assist in the running of our small café and shop, ensuring excellent
customer service, food safety, and a clean and inviting environment. This role involves serving
light refreshments, maintaining cleanliness, selling tickets and merchandise, and enhancing the
overall visitor experience.
