Our events programme invites you to explore the site’s unique blend of history and wildlife, with seasonal family days, heritage celebrations, outdoor learning, music, and guided walks through our nature trail. Every event is a step towards our vision of a living history museum for the North West, and a chance for you to be a part of that journey. Join us to celebrate the stories, landscapes, and people that make Becconsall special.
Events

Our weekly Brew & a Chat events are designed with our local community in mind. Gathering people together, sitting around our brand new fire pit, sharing friendly conversation over a brew.
This event is completely free, and there is no need to pre-book. If you can bring a chair with you, please do. If not, we have a limited number available to borrow.
Come as often as you’d like, for as long as you’d like.
Everyone is welcome – including dogs!

We’re celebrating the Summer Solstice and Make Music Day at Becconsall on 21st June!
We’ll have live music from local artists, sunshine themed crafts and scavenger hunt, a mobile bar from Citrus Wagons, and a food truck serving delicious food, all to enjoy in the early evening sun. Our Nature Trail will also be open to the public, with hourly guided tours.
The festival is free to enter. We encourage pre-booking to ensure entry, as this is going to be a popular event.
