Job Vacancy: Front of House Team Member

Location: Becconsall Living Museum and Heritage Park
Contract: Zero-hours
Salary: National Living Wage (£7.55-£12.21 per hour, depending on age)
Hours: Flexible, as needed – including weekends, bank holidays, and school holidays
Reports to: Museum Manager

Job Purpose:
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring visitors have an
engaging and enjoyable experience at Becconsall Living Museum and Heritage Park. You will
work closely with volunteers, lead guided tours, answer visitor questions, assist with events, and
help maintain a welcoming and safe environment. You will also support the recruitment of new
volunteers and sign up visitors for Friends of Becconsall memberships.
